(メディカルテストについて訊かれて)
HK: Basically they check how your brain and body is working and the reactions. I redid the test this morning and improved the score, so the impact seems to have a good effect.

JB: Personally, I think you need to speak to Oshima-san or Nick Fry who will be here over the weekend. They will be able to give you a much better answer than I can. But obviously for the drivers, for Takuma and Anthony, I’m very sorry for them, because I’m sure it’s very difficult doing the first few races and then not having a job racing in F1 from then on, so really just sorry to those guys and hopefully they can get back into Formula One in the future.
JB:その質問は大島さんかニックフライに聞いて欲しい。2人とも週末ここに来ていて、僕よりいい答えを話せるはずだ。ただ、ドライバーの琢磨とアンソニーにとっては本当に残念だと思う。シーズンの初めからとても困難なレースをしていたのは知っていたけれど、F1で走るという仕事まで失ってしまった。彼らについて本当に気の毒に思うし、将来またF1に戻って来られるって期待しているよ。
ジェンスのコメントはちょっとじんときたなー。琢磨とアンソニーとはBARからずっと一緒だったもんね。
ヘイキｗｗ結果がよくなったからいい影響がｗってｗｗｗプレカンで冗談を言っていられるなんて本当によかった。

Kimi Raikkonen: Not the best of Fridays. This morning, I only managed one timed lap before a gearbox problem meant I could not go out for the rest of the session. In the afternoon, I struggled a bit to find the right settings on the car. One of the main problems today was getting the tyres up to the correct temperature, but I think that tomorrow, partly as the grip level on the track improves and partly as we work to improve the set-up, it will be a different situation. We lost valuable time this morning, but we still have enough data to analyse so that we can be ready to tackle the rest of the weekend.
キミ・ライコネン: 最高の金曜日とはいえないね。午前中はギアボックスのトラブルが出るまでに1ラップしかタイムを記録することができなかったし、セッションの残りの時間は走行できなかった。午後はクルマのセッティングに苦労した。今日の一番の問題はタイヤに適した温度で走れなかったことだ。明日は部分的にトラックのグリップレベルがよくなると思うし、セットアップを改善するのに作業を進めるから、今日とは状況は異なると思う。午前中は貴重な時間をロスしてしまったけど、分析する十分なデータもあるし、残りの週末に挑む準備はできている。
