“It is really good to be back testing and it is great to see what the team have done with the new car. Because it was my first day in the MP4-21, most of the time was spent with me getting used to it and then starting to look at different set-ups. My first impression of the car is positive, but I will need more track time to find out how great the potential really is. Also we could not run all morning because of the cold weather, but even so we put in a good number of laps and drove over 300km.”
テストに戻ってきてとても嬉しいし、新車についてチームの仕事を見られて良かった。MP4-21に乗る初めての日だったので、新車に慣れるのに大半の時間を費やし、セットアップの違いを見ることから始めた。僕の新車に対する第一印象はポジティブだが、本当のポテンシャルを見極めるにはもっとトラックで走ることが必要だ。朝から寒くて走行できなかったけれど、沢山のラップを重ねて300km以上を走った。
ていうか、タイムが、遅いんですけど……!!!
人材も流出しまくり、フェラーリは間違いなく上り調子で復調の兆し。
これは……移籍した方がキミのためなような気がしてきました。
まだテストを重ねないと分からないかもしれないですけど、
MP4-21はバケモノマシンでは無い予感がします…が………。
